About Us
In the summer of 1992, a new bookstore was opened in the center of Heraklion,
``Fotodentro``.
From then until now, with care, love and attention for the book and
its readers and supported what it was created for:
the promotion of the book primarily as a cultural asset and work of art and secondarily
as a product, with a special love for essays, poetry, literature and philosophy.
Today, 30 years later and in the new conditions of the internet, we, Stergios
Dramountanis, Lina Anagnostaki and our sons, all faithful lovers
of books, we start the online `` Fotodentro `` with the exact same ambition and appetite
as then. So we will continue to faithfully serve the book and the
readers both up close and from our online store.
